Produced by our specialist partners, our range includes fine feta, halloumi and ricotta. It is the local provenance of the ingredients and production, together with the undoubted skills and experience of the producers, that define the high quality and distinctive flavour of Cypressa cheeses.
Traditional favourites include our premium PDO Cypriot halloumi produced by traditionally handfolding and using milk sourced only from local farmers, and our PDO Greek feta from a family owned producer in the foothill of Mount Olympus. Our range of cheese is perfect in salads, home cooking or simply as they come. Grilled halloumi is also a perfect vegetarian option for a mouth-watering burger.
