500g fresh strawberries
Sugar to taste
2 x 75cl bottle Boutari Dry Rose Wine
2 x 75cl bottles sparkling white wine
Chop the strawberries into small pieces and sprinkle with sugar to sweeten as desired. Leave to cool in the fridge for about two hours.
Remove from the fridge and place in a large container. Pour the rose wine over the strawberries and return to the fridge for at least twelve hours (or overnight). Place the unopened bottles of sparkling wine in the fridge as well.
Shortly before serving, remove the container from the fridge and pour the sparkling white wine over the strawberries and rose wine. Stir and serve.
