Dried Fruit Kebabs

200g Cypressa Dried Apricots
200g Cypressa Dried Prunes
300ml (½ pint) fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 tablespoon Cypressa Greek Honey
1 tablespoon Metaxa Cyprus Brandy

For the Dip:
250ml Greek yoghurt
2 teaspoon Cypressa Greek Honey
  1. Place the dried fruits in a shallow dish.

  2. Mix together the orange juice, honey, lime juice and brandy.

  3. Pour over the dried fruit, cover and chill for 1 hour.

  4. Remove the fruit from the marinade and thread on to 8 small skewers.

  5. Cook under a medium grill for 5 minutes, turning.

  6. Place the yoghurt in a bowl and stir in the honey.

  7. Serve the yoghurt and honey as a dip with the kebabs.
