Village Salad (Horiatiki)

3 large firm tomatoes cut into wedges
1 onion, sliced
Cypressa Feta Cheese cut into chunks
Cypressa Greek Black Olives
Oregano
Salt and pepper
Cypressa Olive Oil

  1. Place tomato wedges in a bowl.

  2. Add onion, feta cheese and olives.

  3. Season with oregano and salt and pepper to taste,

  4. pour over plenty of Cypressa Olive Oil and toss.

  5. Serve with fresh bread.
