Village Salad (Horiatiki)
3 large firm tomatoes cut into wedges 1 onion, sliced Cypressa Feta Cheese cut into chunks Cypressa Greek Black Olives Oregano Salt and pepper Cypressa Olive Oil
Place tomato wedges in a bowl.
Add onion, feta cheese and olives.
Season with oregano and salt and pepper to taste,
pour over plenty of Cypressa Olive Oil and toss.
Serve with fresh bread.
