| Cypressa’s organic version of our classic couscous is made from French semolina. Moisten the hard grains with lukewarm water, steam for a few minutes and add butter or olive oil to produce a fluffy textured and tasty alternative to rice and pasta. Delicious plain with meat, stews and salads or add flavours such as, coriander, garlic and squeezed lemon. |
