List of Ingredients

1 cup Cypressa Couscous

2 cups of water

1 Vegetable stock cube

1 Red pepper chopped

1 Yellow pepper chopped

Half cucumber chopped

Half red onion chopped

Half lemon or lime juice

Salt and black pepper

Method

  1. Put couscous, stock and water in pan and bring to boil, turn the heat off and let it set for 20-30 mins

  2. once cooled fluff with fork and mix all the remaining ingredients

  3. serve with grilled kebab or chicken or meat of your choice
